With decades of experience in implementing budgeting and forecasting solutions, team John Daniel begins the client engagement strategy with a discovery and assessment phase. Initially, it focuses on understanding whether the client has the required visibility for a seamless work process. The team then gathers the data from their ERP and other systems to detect the shortcomings in the business processes. After aligning the data and critical insights, they build a data model to support the client’s requirements. This data model provides a comprehensive view of the clients’ performance against their forecast, providing visibility to anticipated performance or potential shortcomings. Understanding both the business need as well as the data challenge is critical in solving the complex business problems of our clients,” adds Janet. Within a week, a small prototype of the new solution is built to give clients comprehensive visibility into the budget and forecast. Once the reviews and evaluations are made, the solution is deployed in accordance with the clients’ needs—either on-premise or the cloud.
